Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base. It shows a summary of your chapter standing, upcoming events, and any announcements from chapter leadership. Use the left sidebar to navigate to any section at any time.

📅

Events

The Events section lists all upcoming chapter functions — meetings, social events, service projects, and regional/national programs.

Registering for an event

Click an event card to open the detail view.
2
For free events, click Register and confirm your name and contact info.
3
For paid events, click Continue to Payment — you will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your card details, complete payment, and you will be redirected back to the portal.
External events: Some events link directly to an external registration page (Greek events, regional conferences). Clicking Register will open that link in a new tab.
👥

Meetings

The Meetings section shows chapter meeting records — agendas, minutes, and attendance. Meeting documents posted by the Recording Secretary appear here after each session.

Committee Reports (Committee Chairs)

If you are a committee chair, you can submit your committee report directly through the Meetings section before or during a chapter meeting.

Navigate to Meetings and select the relevant meeting.
2
Click Submit Committee Report.
3
Select your committee, enter your report, and click Submit.
4
Your report becomes part of the meeting record and is visible to chapter officers.
Committee chairs only: The report submission option appears only if you are assigned as a chair in the chapter system. Contact the Recording Secretary if you do not see it.
💳

Dues

Pay your chapter dues directly through the portal via secure Stripe checkout. The chapter receives the full dues amount — a small card processing fee is added at checkout. The payment window opens and closes on a fixed annual schedule — you cannot pay outside this window.

Annual Dues Schedule

🔒
August 1
Payment window locks. The portal disables dues payments each August 1. A banner will appear showing the upcoming unlock date.
✓
Treasurer-Set Unlock Date
Window opens. The Treasurer sets the unlock date each cycle. You will receive an email 3 days before and again the morning it opens.
!
November 1, 7 & 14
Reminder emails go to unpaid brothers only. Three chances to pay before the late fee kicks in.
$
November 15
Late fee begins. Dues paid on or after November 15 include a late fee. Pay by November 14 to avoid it. A past-due notice is sent to all unpaid brothers.
⚠
December 1, 15 & 31
Delinquent warnings. Escalating reminders to unpaid brothers. Members not paid by December 31 may be placed in delinquent status, affecting chapter privileges.
Already paid? November and December reminder emails go only to brothers whose dues are still outstanding — you will not receive them once your payment is confirmed.

How to Pay

1
Navigate to Dues in the sidebar. If the window is locked, a banner shows the unlock date — no action needed until then.
2
Once open, confirm your name, phone, and email. Your email is pre-filled from your account and cannot be changed here.
3
If a Late Fee Notice banner appears in gold, a late fee has been added to your total. Review the amount before proceeding.
4
Click Pay with Card — you will be redirected to Stripe. Complete payment and you will be returned to the portal. Your compliance status updates automatically.
Questions about your dues status? Contact the Financial Secretary. Life members are exempt from the November and December reminder emails.
