Event Photo Gallery
Shown on gallery.htmlAdd photos from chapter events with optional titles and captions. Paste an image URL or upload from your computer (uploads are sent to Supabase Storage bucket chapter-media). To edit the gallery page headline and intro text, open Page Editor and select the Photo Gallery tab.
For large collections, prefer hosted image URLs (e.g. your website or cloud storage) so the gallery stays fast and reliable.
2) Copy the direct image link and paste it into Photo URL.
3) Confirm the URL opens the image by itself in a browser tab.

CSV headers: alpha_id,first_name,middle_name,last_name,suffix,email,phone,status,initiation_chapter,initiation_date,birthday,life_member_date,life_member_number,imdp_certified,risk_mgmt_certified (minimum required: alpha_id). Re-uploading merges by Alpha ID — filled CSV cells update existing rows; empty cells keep current values (no duplicates).

Brothers listed here can sign in to this admin dashboard. Full admins can see and manage everything; a limited admin only sees the sections checked below (e.g. a secretary limited to Meetings, Events & Announcements). To add the very first admin, run the SQL seed in SUPABASE_CONTENT_SCHEMA.sql.

Admin Settings
Chapter administrators
Grant another brother access to this admin dashboard (Supabase sign-in at admin.html). The first admin must be added in the Supabase SQL Editor; after that, use the form below.
The grant-chapter-admin Edge Function must be deployed to your Supabase project (a 404 in the console means it is missing). From your machine, in this repo: supabase login then supabase functions deploy grant-chapter-admin. Confirm under Supabase Dashboard → Edge Functions. Also run the chapter_admins SQL in SUPABASE_CONTENT_SCHEMA.sql if you have not.
