Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. was founded in 1906 at Cornell University as the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African American men. From its earliest days, the fraternity understood that brotherhood without service is incomplete.
The national programs carried out by Xi Tau Lambda Chapter are not checkbox initiatives — they are the expression of a living commitment to the communities we serve. Every voter registered, every student mentored, every young man taught to own his future, every formerly incarcerated man given a second chance — this is the work.
